Together with LAB / ORA PRESS, an independent publisher of books and zines on ecology, social justice, and contemplation, we worked on the cover for Sabbath Economics drawing on themes of economy, equality, and justice.
Julie was a brilliant collaborator, not just fulfilling a brief but getting right into the heart of the project. She managed the pretty impressive feat of ticking the boxes we gave her, giving us the 'Julie Solvstrom' style we asked for, and yet still surprising us with a design direction we hadn't anticipated. We're avowed fans and would work with Julie again in a heartbeat.
