Shipping

Most products are shipped by CanadaExpress Post to ensure a speedy delivery. Apparel and oversized products are shipped by courier (DHL, UPS, GLS).

Local Vancouver Pickup is available, please select at check-out and email me at j.solvstrom@gmail.com to arrange a time.

The address you enter at checkout is the address I will use to ship your item to. If you enter the wrong shipping address at checkout, please email me ASAP at j.solvstrom@gmail.com and I will do my best to update your shipping address before your order ships out.

I ship to almost all countries worldwide. If you are located somewhere not listed at checkout, you are welcome to contact me and we will see if we can find a solution for you.

I reserve the right to refuse shipments to specific countries.

I cannot guarantee how long a shipment takes to arrive and is not responsible for any delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

I aim to pack and send your order within 3 business days of receiving it, except at peak times (e.g. in the run-up to Christmas), when it can take us up to 5 business days to send it.

If your order is urgent, please email me (j.solvstrom@gmail.com) and I’ll do everything I can to prioritize it.

Returns

Want to return? No problem. Contact me within 7 days of delivery, and dispatch the items back within 14 days of delivery.

To request a cancellation, you must do so within 1 hour of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still on and in its original packaging.

Returned orders which do not comply with these criteria will not be accepted.

Once I receive the returned item, I will notify you within 3 business days if the refund is approved.

If the refund is approved, you will receive the money back on the card you used to make the purchase. It takes up to 10 business days for the payment to be refunded.

You will be refunded the value of the items you have returned, excluding delivery and return shipping costs.

All customers are responsible for the shipping costs to send it back.

Taxes and import fees

Buyers from Canada pay GST which is charged at checkout.

Buyers from outside of Canada do not pay tax at checkout. Instead you’ll need to pay local taxes and import fees when the shipment arrives at the destination country. The amount payable depends on the value of the items and local import rules.

Any information collected during the payment process is kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused or disclosed. Through using Shopify for payment processing, a secure payment is ensured. All content on this site including Julie Solvstrom's products may not be reproduced in any manner.

Problems with your order

I do everything I can to ensure that your order arrives promptly and in perfect condition. If you receive your item damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact me immediately at j.solvstrom@gmail.com. I will review the issue and do everything I can to correct it.
